Alycea Adams

Alycea Adams is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Storage Brand Sales Specialist at IBM since June 2025 and as a Co-Founder of HairMatch, a personalized app for women with textured hair launched in July 2024. In addition to these roles, Alycea is a Social Media Content Creator and Influencer with DULCEDO Management, where a strong following was built on TikTok starting in August 2022. Previous experience includes positions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an Athletics IT Support Assistant and Ambassador for the Shuford Program in Entrepreneurship, as well as a Business Strategy role at Delta Air Lines focusing on IT transformation workshops and internal training. Alycea has also contributed to marketing efforts as a Communications Intern with GardHouse and held operations and digital marketing roles with the Charlotte Sports Foundation and Sports Biz Camps, respectively. Alycea is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, expected to graduate in May 2025, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
