Mike Rubin

Mike Rubin has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare technology and health IT industry. Mike began their career in 1983 as a software developer and team leader at Nabisco Brands. In 1994, they joined AlliedSignal Inc. as a software development department manager. In 1995, they began working on various consulting contracts, including AIG SunAmerica and DoubleClick. In 2007, they joined RCM Technologies as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO). From 2010 to 2013, they held the position of Director of Information Technology (CIO | CTO) at Healthcare Quality Strategies, Inc. (HQSI). From 2013 to 2014, they were the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at iHCFA.com. From 2014 to 2015, they were the CIO at Epion Health, Inc. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Phyzit, Inc. and in 2015 they became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Dulcian Health. Throughout their career, they have managed the full system development life cycle (SDLC) of various software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, developed product roadmaps, and managed capital and expense budgets.

Mike Rubin attended Wayne Valley High School from 1975 to 1979, graduating with a High School Diploma. Mike then attended Ithaca College from 1979 to 1983, earning a BS in Business and Finance.
