Kyle Cross has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kyle began their career in 1996 as a Customer Specialist at Brown's Shoe Fit Co, where they also took on responsibilities for strategic buying and planning for the athletic shoes department. In 2001, they worked as a Master Electrician/Asst. Stage Lighting Designer at Iowa State University, assisting with the design and maintenance of stage lighting for plays and performances.
From 2003 to 2006, Kyle worked at Best Buy as a Department Supervisor, leading a successful sales team and exceeding performance expectations. Kyle then took on roles as an Assistant Store Manager, overseeing sales, services, inventory/merchandising and managing store operations.
In 2012, they joined Offwire as a Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist, analyzing sales and inventory to optimize stock assortment for cell phone carrier dealers. Kyle continued this role at Brightstar Corp. from 2014 to 2016, where they also served as a Lead VMI Specialist, managing a team of 8 specialists and ensuring client success.
In 2018, Kyle became the Chief of Purchasing/Inventory Optimization at Dultmeier Sales. Overall, they have extensive experience in purchasing, inventory optimization, vendor management, and team leadership.
