Cassidy Morgan

Cassidy Morgan is an accomplished double bass musician with extensive experience in both orchestral performance and music education. Currently serving as the Principal Double Bass for the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra and the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra, Cassidy Morgan has also maintained a freelance career since 2009 and offers double bass instruction. Additional roles include Substitute Bass with prominent orchestras such as the Minnesota Orchestra, The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, and the Louisville Orchestra. Cassidy Morgan's educational background includes advanced degrees in Double Bass Performance, culminating with a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Maryland, alongside a Performer’s Diploma from Indiana University Bloomington.
