Darci Griffith Gamerl

Darci Griffith Gamerl is a seasoned musician with a multifaceted career spanning several orchestras and collaborative projects. As a Collaborative Partner and Founder of The Bel Canto Duo since January 2017, Darci is a composer, arranger, and accomplished oboe and English hornist. Darci holds positions as Solo English Horn with Lincoln's Symphony Orchestra and South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, and serves as 2nd Oboe for Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, as a film composer for Bel Canto Duo, LLC, Darci has contributed to notable projects such as "Willa Cather: Breaking the Mold." Darci's expertise extends to music production with Solarium Records, and past roles include Music Director and On-Air Host at KVNO 90.7 FM and Classical 90.7. Academic credentials include a Master of Music in Oboe Performance from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and an Artist Diploma in Oboe Performance from Roosevelt University.
