Chris Milewski

Chris Milewski has over 18 years of work experience in various roles in operations and management. Chris began their career at Ft. Myers Miracle Professional Baseball as an Assistant Food & Beverage Director/Account Executive from December 2002 to September 2004. Chris then worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Senior Operations/Sanitation Supervisor & Process Champion -SAP Natural Cheese Project from November 2004 to April 2008. From May 2008 to October 2010, Chris served as the Health & Safety Manager/Packaging Supervisor at Kerry Ingredients. Chris then joined Shopbop | East Dane and held roles such as Area Manager/Safety Manager from October 2010 to April 2012, Operations Manager from April 2012 to April 2016, and Senior Operations Manager from April 2016 to April 2018. Currently, Chris is employed at Duluth Trading Company, where they have held the roles of Distribution Center Manager from May 2018 to June 2019, Senior Distribution Center Manager from June 2019 to September 2020, and currently serves as the Director of Operations since September 2020.

Chris Milewski attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2003, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Sport Management. In 1999 to 2000, Chris also took courses at Penn State University in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration.
