Micah Davis has a range of work experience in various industries. Starting in 2006, Micah worked as a Paralegal Assistant and File Clerk at Steenrod, Schwartz, & McMinimee LLP. In 2009, Micah pursued consulting opportunities during their MBA/MS program at the University of Colorado Denver. Micah then joined Dish Network in 2012 as an Operations Analyst II, assessing vendor performance and managing vendor relationships. That same year, Micah also worked at Customer Communications Group as a Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights Manager, building agency analytic offerings. In 2016, Micah joined HomeAdvisor as a Marketing Intelligence Manager, leading the build-out of the Marketing Intelligence function. In 2018, Micah joined Hallmark Cards as the Data Science and Advanced Analytics Director, responsible for expanding analytic capabilities and leading strategy and governance efforts. Currently, Micah is employed at Duluth Trading Company, initially as the Director of Customer Data & Analytics and then as the Senior Director of Customer Data & Analytics.

Micah Davis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and a Master of Marketing with a focus on Marketing Research and Internet Marketing, both from the University of Colorado Denver. Micah also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an Associate of Arts from Front Range Community College. In 2012, Micah obtained a certification as a DMA Certified Marketing Professional in CRM & Database Marketing from the Direct Marketing Association.
