Charissa Ware

Charissa Ware is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and people management. Currently serving as Employee Relations Manager at DuluxGroup since June 2017, Charissa has held various roles including People, Culture and Change Manager and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Charissa worked at MYER from June 2009 to March 2017, contributing as a Human Resources Business Partner in the North Zone team, where responsibilities included advising on HR, employee relations, and performance management for a client group across multiple stores. Charissa's educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Certificate in Editing and Publishing from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Arts from the University of Wollongong.
