Madeleine Jones

Madeleine Jones is an accomplished workplace relations manager with extensive experience in employee relations and compliance within the construction sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Workplace Relations at South32 since January 2023, Madeleine has held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director - Wages at the Australian Building and Construction Commission and various managerial positions focused on operations and compliance. Previous roles include Director Compliance at the Department of Commerce and Chief Technical Advisor at the International Labour Organization. Madeleine's career extends over two decades, with foundational roles at the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman and the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection. Madeleine is a graduate of Curtin University and Corpus Christi College.
