Sophia Tzitzivakos

Sophia Tzitzivakos is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the People, Culture and Change Manager at DuluxGroup since February 2015. Sophia has advanced through various roles at DuluxGroup, including Senior People Culture and Change Advisor, HR People Services Team Leader, and HR Administrator. Prior to DuluxGroup, Sophia worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at Coles from July 2009 to January 2015. Sophia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology, completed between 2012 and 2014, and is a graduate of Our Lady of The Sacred Heart College, attending from 2006 to 2011.
