Nikhil Shirgaokar

Nikhil Shirgaokar is a driven individual currently engaged at Morgan Stanley in the Summer Academy and has participated in both the S&T Insight Programme and PE Shadowing. Nikhil is set to join JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an incoming summer intern. Additionally, Nikhil founded Avalon-ESG, a social impact startup focused on teaching young investors about ESG and sustainable investing, which earned second place at the Cambridge University Camstart Incubator and received pre-seed funding. As the Founder and President of the Finance Society at Dulwich College, Nikhil leads discussions on various financial topics to a growing membership. Experience also includes an internship at the Institute of Economic Affairs and a brief internship at Equitix, where insights into infrastructure and ESG investing were gained. Nikhil is pursuing a high school education at Dulwich College and completed elementary education at Eaton House Schools.
