Megan Pace possesses extensive experience in healthcare operations and management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Duly Health and Care since March 2021. With a background that includes roles such as Executive Director of Medical Specialties and Reception Services, and Director of Operations for Pulmonary, Sleep, & DME at McCormick Place Alternative Care Facility, Megan has demonstrated expertise in change management and operations management. Additional experience includes serving as a Clinical Advisor during the construction of an alternative care facility amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, where Megan developed protocols and procedures in collaboration with governmental and organizational entities. Megan began professional healthcare involvement as a Registered Nurse at Advocate Health Care, managing complex patient care.
