Paolo Pagano

Paolo Pagano is a Senior Project Development Manager at Dumarey Automotive Italia, specializing in hybrid propulsion systems since August 2021. With extensive experience at General Motors from March 2007 to August 2021, Paolo held various leadership roles in propulsion system engineering, managing teams and overseeing the design, development, and release of both hardware and electronic components. Paolo's earlier career includes quality assurance roles at Altran and Italdesign Giugiaro, as well as technical assistance at Fiat Professional. Paolo earned an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, complemented by finance education from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
