Nicole Wells (Conge)

Nicole Wells (Conge) is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in medical malpractice defense and other areas of law. Since August 2010, Nicole has served as a Partner and Senior Associate at Dummit, Buchholz & Trapp, actively defending healthcare providers against claims of negligence and malpractice. Nicole is also a member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management and has held leadership roles, including Past President and Board Member of Think Dignity, which focuses on advancing dignity for the homeless. Additionally, Nicole's background includes positions such as Past President of the San Diego Association for Healthcare Risk Management and various internships and clerkships that provided valuable legal experience. Nicole earned a J.D. in Health Law from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
