Dharmesh Shah is an experienced sales executive with a proven track record in leadership and operational oversight across various technology and communication companies. Currently serving as Head of Sales, SMB at Dun & Bradstreet since November 2023, Dharmesh previously held the role of Vice President at Vonage, where strategic improvements led to over $9 million in annual savings and a complete overhaul of the Inside Sales tech stack. Experience also includes significant positions at EarthLink, mindSHIFT Technologies, and CenterBeam among others, with a focus on inside sales, pipeline development, and process improvement. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from the University of Waterloo.
