Joi Barksdale is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Benefits and Wellness Team Leader at Duncan Aviation since June 2016, Joi's previous roles include Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist focusing on benefits. Prior experience includes a position as Recruiter II at IBM, where recruitment was conducted for various sectors, including finance and engineering, for notable clients. Joi also held the role of HR Manager at FBG Service Corporation, managing staffing and employee relations, and served as HR Director at The Good News Broadcasting Company, Inc. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management of Human Resources from Bellevue University and certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Joi possesses a robust understanding of HR policies, employee recognition, and compliance.
