Shannon Burns

Shannon Burns is an experienced Design Director at Duncan Channon since August 2013, overseeing brand systems and campaign designs for diverse clients including CDPH and SFMOMA. Prior roles at the same company included Senior Designer, focusing on brand system design, and Designer, specializing in campaign and brand-focused work for clients such as Kona Brewing and Stubhub. Earlier experience includes serving as Advertising Designer/Production Artist at The Santa Cruz Sentinel, where responsibilities encompassed advertising design and production for print and digital formats, as well as freelance graphic design work. Shannon holds a BFA in Art and Design with a focus on Graphic Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, supplemented by studies at Florence University of the Arts.
