Ivana Pencheva

Ivana Pencheva is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in remuneration, benefits, and HR partnership, currently serving as a Senior Remuneration and Benefits Specialist at Dundee Precious Metals - Chelopech since December 2021. Previous roles at Dundee Precious Metals include HR Business Partner at both Chelopech and Krumovgrad, overseeing comprehensive HR services and initiatives, as well as being instrumental in the implementation of new HR systems.
