Wilhelm van Der Walt

Wilhelm van Der Walt has been working in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Freelance iOS Developer for Leigh's Cycle Centre, where they designed an app for a Bicycle business. In 2013, they worked as a Freelance iOS Developer for Charing Cross Hosptial, where they designed an app for Clinical Engineers. From 2014-2018, they worked on various indie projects, such as Tube Assist and Periscope. Wilhelm was also an iOS Developer for Pearlshare in 2014 and a Founder of Meos in 2018. In 2019, they were a Technical Lead at both Alantra and infl.Ai. Currently, they are a Snr Full Stack Developer at Dune Analytics.

Wilhelm van Der Walt has a diverse educational background. Wilhelm obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Galway from 2009 to 2013. Wilhelm then went on to earn their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Clinical Engineering from City, University of London from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they attended Hilton College from 2004 to 2008. Wilhelm also holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in August 2020.
