Karen leads the Finance department, as well as taking responsibility for risk and resilience and a number of strategic and cross-functional initiatives, and for engagement with investors, corporate advisers and finance providers. Member of the Executive Board, Chairs the Risk and Resilience Committee and member of the Pathway to Zero Steering Group. Participates in Audit and Risk Committee meetings by invitation.
