Will Parkinson

Will Parkinson is an experienced Product and UX Director at Dunelm, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in creating a sense of home. Prior to Dunelm, Will held key leadership roles at Remitly, where as Product, UX & Engineering Director, International, the emphasis was on transforming the remittance industry, and at Tesco, where responsibilities included overseeing customer experience across mobile and web platforms. Will also served as Head of Product and Design at Movebubble, aiming to innovate the property rental market, and held various positions at Hotels.com, contributing greatly to the growth of iOS applications. Earlier career experience includes roles at Trainline, providing foundational skills in agile business analysis and system testing. Will received a degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Durham University.
