Han Hoppe

Han joined Dungarvin in 2021 as the Chief People Officer. As CPO, Han is responsible for the strategic direction, management, and execution of Dungarvin’s people strategy. He oversees the Human Resources function for the company including talent acquisition, talent development, human capital systems, HR service delivery, HR policies and programs, and total rewards. Han has over 20 years of experience in senior human resource positions at leading national and international organizations. Han has worked as an HR executive in several industries, including the military, manufacturing, transportation, building services and hospitality. Han holds a BSB from the Royal Netherlands Military Academy and a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota (Carlson School of Management).
