Sheri Butler

Sheri Butler has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the role of Regional HR Director. Sheri has worked for Dungarvin since 2007, where they provided executive-level HR oversight and ensured compliance with laws across multiple states. In this position, they strategically assessed organizational infrastructure and promoted a positive workplace environment. Sheri also worked as the Director of HR Solutions at Gibson from 2018 to 2020, where they provided senior-level HR consultation to external clients and led a team of HR consultants. Sheri conducted HR discovery audits, recommended strategic plans, and conducted training sessions. Additionally, Sheri has experience as a Human Resources Recruiter at Anthony Wayne Services and as a Human Resources Specialist at Dungarvin. Most recently, they returned to Dungarvin in 2020 as the Regional HR Director, where they provide executive-level HR leadership and strategic guidance to support company growth.
