Marilou Deschamps

Marilou Deschamps, CHRP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Talent & Development at Wonderbrands since May 2022, after holding roles as Regional Manager and Business Partner within the same department. Prior to this, Marilou gained valuable experience as an HR Specialist at Bel from October 2019 to May 2022, and held multiple Maintenance Supervisor positions at Pratt & Whitney Canada between January and December 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist and Operations Supervisor at FraiseBec Inc from June 2012 to August 2017. Marilou's educational background includes a degree from Université de Sherbrooke (2016-2019) and studies at Cégep Régional de Lanaudière à Terrebonne (2014-2016).
