James Welton

James Welton currently serves as a Teacher at Dunlap Community Unit School District #323 since July 2021 and has been the Owner of Welton Strength & Performance since January 2019. Previously, James held the position of Convention and Sport Sales Manager at Enjoy Peoria from December 2019 to January 2021 and worked as a Resident Advisor at St. Ambrose University from August 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included conflict mitigation and assisting international students. Additionally, James gained experience as a B2B Sales Intern at FlexPAC, an AmeriCorps Attendance Works Member, and a Financial Representative Intern at Modern Woodmen of America. Contributions to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals as Sponsorship Chair involved generating revenue through marketing and contract negotiations. James also completed a Strength and Conditioning Internship at Bradley University. James earned a degree in Business, Sales & Finance from St. Ambrose University in 2019.
