Amber Kinney

Amber joined Dunn Construction in October 2014 as the HR Director/EEO Officer. Amber graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2002 with a BA, Majoring in Medical Sociology with a Concentration in Human Services and a Minor in Psychology. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, BSHRM, Associated Builders and Contractors, Power Up It’s a Mother Daughter Thing, National Association of Women in Construction Greater Birmingham Chapter and sits on the ACRI Board with Go Build Alabama. Amber is responsible for ensuring the company is using best practices in all aspects of the business. Amber and her husband David reside in Birmingham with their three daughters Aubrie, Alexa, and Ashlyn. They are members of The Church of the Highlands and enjoy serving on the dream team. Amber enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, practicing yoga, and watching football.
