Wade Edwards

Wade joined Dunn in 2006 after eight years in public accounting, including two years as a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Wade is a Certified Public Accountant. Wade is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Alabama Society of CPAs. Wade is responsible for leading the finance and accounting department, preparing financial statements and budgets, monitoring the Company’s internal controls, and managing insurance and legal matters.Wade and his wife reside in Gardendale, and they are active members of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church in Homewood. Wade enjoys running, watching sports and traveling.
