Dunwoody Nature Center
Rachel Kelley Dodd is an experienced educator and naturalist with a focus on environmental science and education. Currently serving as a Forest Preschool Teacher at Dunwoody Nature Center since October 2022, Dodd previously held the position of Naturalist at Chattahoochee Nature Center, Inc. from July 2022 to July 2024. Additional experience includes roles such as Science Supply Teacher with Cobb County School District, STEAM Teacher at Hamilton County Department of Education, and Teacher for VIPKid. Dodd has also contributed to youth development as a Camp Counselor for Transform Student Ministries, managed public programs and animal care at Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center, and worked as an Editorial Assistant for Taylor & Francis Group. Dodd holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Biology with a minor in Community Development from Covenant College.
