Weidong Gao

Weidong (Gordon) Gao is a Software Engineer currently working at Duolingo since July 2023. Previously, Weidong served as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell Tech from January 2022 to December 2023, supporting graduate courses in Computer Vision and Data Storytelling. Weidong's experience includes a Software Engineer Intern position at Meta, a Research Assistant role at the Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Society, and an AWS Student Ambassador role at Amazon Web Services.
