Karl Ulfers has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Karl is currently the CEO of Duos, a healthcare technology company. Previously, they were the co-founder and CEO of Stealth Venture, a healthcare startup. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Rally Health, a consumer-focused health and wellness company. Karl has also held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group and Evantage Consulting.
