Eric Horstman

Eric Horstman currently serves as the Business Lending Portfolio Manager and AVP, Business Lender at Dupaco Community Credit Union, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Bankers Healthcare Group from October 2020 to August 2022. Eric’s experience also includes a tenure as a Credit Analyst at Bankers Trust for a brief period in early 2019 and a similar role at U.S. Bank from December 2016 to November 2018. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Counseling and Planning from Iowa State University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
