Jen Breitbach has extensive experience in training and development, having worked at Dupaco Community Credit Union since July 1997 and held various positions including AVP of Training & Development, Training Manager, Corporate Trainer, and Member Services Specialist. Additionally, Jen served as a Zoning Board Member for the City of East Dubuque from January 2009 to October 2019. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Iowa.
