Donna Cooper

As Chief Operating Officer of DuPage Medical Group, Donna Cooper focuses on maintaining efficiencies in operations and guiding future strategic growth, optimizing the operations of DMG’s practice sites, as well as collaborating with physicians and functional leaders throughout the organization to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Cooper joined DMG in 2018 with more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience, most recently serving as chief operating officer of Advocate Medical Group (AMG), where she was employed since 2007. In a previous role, she served as president of Advocate Dreyer Medical Clinic where she directed various healthcare business operations on all levels.

Prior to her tenure with Advocate, Cooper worked as the chief financial officer and then CEO of Physicians Clinic of Iowa. She also previously held positions at a managed care company where she negotiated payer, vendor and Physician-Hospital Organization (PHO) contracts.

Cooper is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
