Chad Pedigo has an extensive work history, with their most recent position being Vice President of Development at DuPage Pads since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for leading the organization's relationship and fund development strategy to advance their mission of ending homelessness in DuPage County. Prior to this, Chad worked as the Director of Community Engagement at Bridge Communities, Inc. from 2015 to 2019. Chad also served as President of the Naperville Jaycees from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Chad has held various positions with the City of Naperville, NCTV17, and North Central College, where they worked as the Fine Arts Manager and Box Office Manager. Chad has also been involved with the Naperville Jaycees Last Fling, serving on the Executive Committee and as Logistics Coordinator.

Chad Pedigo's education history begins in 2001 at Lincoln College, where they completed an Associates in the Arts degree. During their time there, they focused on subjects such as Communications, Music Education, and Performing Arts. Afterward, from 2003 to 2006, Chad attended North Central College, where they pursued a degree in Musical Theatre and Theatre History. In 2011, Chad returned to North Central College to pursue a Graduate Degree in Master of Leadership Studies, with a specialization in Social Entrepreneurship, which they completed in 2013.
