Brad Butterworth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brad worked at Shoot 360 as a Senior Business Development Executive and later became the National Director of Franchise Sales. At Shoot 360, their responsibilities included managing a staff of coaches, monitoring sales leads, developing staff, and directing the brand's education strategies. Brad also had event planning and direction responsibilities. Before Shoot 360, Brad worked at The Academy as the Director of Development and Education and later became the CEO/Co-Founder. Brad has extensive coaching and teaching experience, having worked with various educational institutions and basketball programs. Brad Butterworth obtained an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Saddleback College, which they pursued from 2003 to 2005. In 2017, they enrolled at Portland Bible College to focus on Pastoral Counseling. Brad completed their studies in this field in 2018, specializing in Theology/Theological Studies.
