Marcus Grigoletto is a seasoned professional in the civil engineering and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Founder of Dupllex Imóveis Ltda since April 2023, specializing in luxury residential spaces that combine urban landscapes with nature. Prior to this, Marcus co-founded Loft, where innovative technology transformed real estate transactions in Brazil as the Head of Engineering from May 2018 to September 2022. Marcus also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Maison São Paulo and co-founded Gdsa Engenharia, overseeing numerous construction projects. Early career experiences include senior engineering roles at Engeform and various internships focused on construction and engineering. Marcus holds an MBA in Civil Engineering from FGV and a degree from the Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
