Joyce Crocker

Joyce Crocker has extensive experience in sales administration and office management. Currently serving as a Sales Administration Executive at Duplo USA Corporation since October 2001, Joyce is responsible for sales inquiries, customer service, GSA and state contracting, data entry, and managing legal documents, utilizing skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Prior to this role, Joyce was the Office Manager at Fedco from May 1980 to July 1998, where responsibilities included supervising the clerical administration department for order entry and handling credit and membership applications. Joyce's educational background includes attendance at Costa Mesa High School and Orange Coast College.
