Joshua Abolade

Joshua Abolade has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Joshua co-founded ComiBlock in 2020 and served as the Chief Product Officer. In 2022, they joined Duplo as a Product Design Lead. Prior to that, they worked at MAX.NG as a Senior Product Designer and at Wazobia Technologies as a Product Designer. Joshua also gained experience as a User Experience Designer during an internship at HNG Internship in 2020. Joshua has worked as a Field Officer at UNICEF, a User Interface Designer at Colab kaduna, and as a network administrator and engineer intern at Ampersand Hi~technologies Limited. Their earliest work experience was as an engineering support at Softcom Limited in 2018.

Joshua Abolade completed their education at Covenant University from 2012 to 2017, earning a B.Engr. degree in Information and Communication Engineering. Joshua also received additional certifications including Product Designer from Product School in August 2020, Certified UI/UX Designer from HNG Internship in July 2020, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in April 2020, and a Diploma in Leadership Development from Covenant University in June 2017.
