Michael Treece

Michael Treece serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Director of Educational Technology, and Library Information Technologist at Dupo School District 196 since July 2013, overseeing library administration and elementary computer instruction. Prior experience includes the role of School Library Media Specialist & Technology Coordinator at New Athens High School from August 2007 to July 2013, focusing on customer service. Additional experience encompasses a position as Customer Service Lead at Weekends Only Inc. from August 2005 to September 2008 and as a Paraprofessional in Belleville District 118 between June 2003 and August 2005. Michael Treece holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from McKendree University and a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
