Katie Ortiz

Katie joined DCS in December 2021 after spending five years at Service Express as an in-house Salesforce Administrator. She started her career in sales and quickly discovered a passion for Salesforce administration and all of its possibilities.

Katie has a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Management from Michigan State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Husband, Colin and their new son, Ollie. With both of their families being local, they also enjoy spending lots of time with them.
