Shelby Bertucci

Shelby joined DCS in January 2023 and brings 4 years of Salesforce experience. She graduated from Northern Michigan University with a B.S in Marketing. Shelby holds two Salesforce certifications as well as nine Hubspot certifications.She has a passion for problem solving and learning new things. In her previous roles as a Solutions Associate, she lended a hand in integrations, new implementations, creating reports and dashboards, analyzing email nurture programs, and auditing systems for maximum efficiency.
