Liza Gibhardt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Liza currently works as a Creative Design Manager at dss+, where they oversee creative design projects. Prior to this, they were a Creative Design Lead at dss+, specializing in learning and development solutions.

Before joining dss+, Liza worked for DuPont Sustainable Solutions for over a decade. Liza started as a Multimedia Producer, leading the conceptualization and production of solution offerings in operational management consulting and safety-focused topics. Liza collaborated with global teams and developed assets to support safety culture transformation. Later, they became a Research and Development Project Manager, overseeing the development of video, print, and multimedia products for safety training collateral.

Liza also has experience as an owner/principal at Blueray Studios, where they combined their skills in visual and healing arts. Their work focused on wellness, communications, graphic and interior design, and textile art development. Additionally, they worked as a Creative Services Director at Mellen Street Graphics and as a Nationally Certified LMBT while self-employed.

Earlier in their career, Liza served as the General Manager of the Interactive Division at Anderson Communications Group. Liza led web and multimedia projects, maintaining alignment with the main agency branding. Liza was also a Creative Director at Neill Corporation and an Account Representative/Consultant/Graphic Designer at Barefoot Press Inc.

Liza began their career as a Studio Manager/Photographer's Assistant at Eclipse Studio LLC. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong design acumen and a passion for personal and holistic well-being.

Liza Gibhardt attended North Carolina State University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree. During their time at the university, they focused on visual and graphic design, photography, and illustration in their field of study. In January 2020, Liza also obtained a certification in Change Management for Projects from LinkedIn.
