Matt Baker

Matt Baker has over 20 years of work experience. Matt is currently the Vice President of Sales at dss+. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, TTEC Digital at TTEC from 2017 to 2020. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at GP Strategies Corporation in various roles, including Managing Director, North American Director of Sales, and Director of Sales. Before that, they were the Director of Sales at RWD Technologies, LLC from 2005 to 2011. Matt Baker also worked as a District Manager at ALDI USA from 2000 to 2005 and as a Process Engineer at Praxair Surface Technologies from 1997 to 1999.

Matt Baker obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Matt also received additional certifications such as the Large Account Mapping Process (LAMP) and Strategic Selling from the Miller Heiman Group in 2009. In 2007, they obtained a certification in Conceptual Selling - "Let's Get Real or Not Play" from FranklinCovey. Furthermore, in 2002, they completed The Dale Carnegie Course offered by Dale Carnegie Training.
