Navjit Singh Saini

Navjit Singh Saini has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. NAVJIT SINGH is currently working as a Project Manager at DSS+ since March 2022, where they lead a team of consultants in delivering behavioral and process safety solutions to clients in the manufacturing industry.

Prior to their current role, Navjit worked as a Project Manager at DuPont Sustainable Solutions from February 2019 to March 2022. Here, they managed various projects related to safety management evaluations, training, coaching, incident investigations, and contractor safety management.

Before joining DuPont, Navjit worked as an Independent Consultant from September 2016 to January 2019.

Earlier in their career, Navjit held multiple roles at GMR Group, starting as a Principal Associate from May 2015 to August 2016. NAVJIT SINGH then served as the Associate Vice President - Business Excellence & Knowledge Management from July 2009 to April 2015, where they implemented business excellence practices, led continuous improvement projects, and developed a suggestion scheme that resulted in significant savings for the organization. Navjit also served as the Associate General Manager - Technical Audit from November 2004 to June 2009, where they provided assurance on processes, quality, capacity utilization, and safety for various projects.

Navjit's experience includes roles at Renfro Corporation as a Factory Manager from November 2002 to November 2004, Owens Corning as a Quality Systems Manager from March 2001 to November 2002, and as a Manufacturing Manager from November 1997 to February 2001. At Owens Corning, they were responsible for commissioning and stabilizing operations, developing operational practices, and translating customer requirements into product development.

Navjit's career began at Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd as a Production Engineer from December 1993 to October 1997. NAVJIT SINGH handled shift operations of a petrochemical plant, managed cryogenic operations, and ensured production targets and quality standards were met in a safety-intensive environment.
