Thiago Gandra

Thiago Gandra, PMP has a range of experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Planning and Control Engineer at Habit Empreendimentos Imobiliários, where they focused on development and analysis of projects' economical feasibility, as well as project planning, budgeting, and cost control.

In 2010, Thiago joined AMEC Minproc as a Planning Engineer, delivering project management services with a focus on resource project planning and monitoring. Thiago also supervised engineering design and costs for gold and iron ore mines, and coordinated the implementation of corporate project management software in Brazil's office.

From 2013 to 2014, Thiago worked as a Planning Engineer at Guimar Engenharia S.A., and then joined Partners in Performance in 2014. At Partners in Performance, they held roles as an Associate and Senior Associate, working with multiple high-performance teams in business improvement engagements across various industries. Thiago focused on continuous improvements and cost reduction using performance improvement principles and tools, such as lean manufacturing.

Thiago's consulting experience continued at Myrtle Consulting Group, now part of Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from 2019 to 2021, and at Lundin Mining Corporation, where they served as an Independent Management Consultant in 2021.

In 2021, they co-founded Pacto Solutions, and in 2022, Thiago joined dss+ as a Manager of Operational Excellence.

Thiago Gandra, PMP, has a strong educational background in the field of engineering and project management. Thiago holds a Master's degree in Finance from Hult International Business School, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree at the same institution from 2017 to 2018.

Thiago also pursued further specialization in project management by completing a program in Engineering Project Management at PUC Minas in 2010. Thiago further enhanced their expertise in the field by obtaining a Specialization in Civil Construction from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2010.

In terms of their undergraduate studies, Thiago obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade FUMEC - Oficial from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their educational achievements, Thiago has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Thiago holds a Certificate in Continuous Improvement from Partners in Performance, which they obtained in April 2014. Thiago is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, earning this prestigious certification in December 2012.
