Tim Bellwood

Tim Bellwood has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tim currently works at dss+ as the Talent Acquisition Leader for the EMEA region, where they play a crucial role in the company's growth and mission to drive positive change. Prior to dss+, they served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at RPS, a leading global professional services firm. Tim also has extensive experience at Capita, where they held several positions including Head of Executive Resourcing, Head of Delivery - Senior Talent, Head of Integration - Senior Talent, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior Resourcing Manager, and Resourcing Manager. Before Capita, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and Witan Jardine, as well as a Consultant at Hays Accountancy & Finance. Tim's expertise lies in attracting diverse talent and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates.

Tim Bellwood received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Lincoln from 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Career Development and Coaching at the University of Warwick from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Tim obtained a certification as a PPA Practitioner from Thomas International in September 2019.
