Deborah de Genova

Deborah De Genova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic development and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Development and Global Strategy & Marketing Director for DuPont Industrial Solutions since February 2020. With a strong track record in corporate strategy, Deborah has effectively managed a $2B industrial portfolio and led M&A activities, including target cultivation and post-acquisition project management. Previous roles include leading the Consumer Solutions Business for DowDuPont, where revenue was tripled, and serving as Channel Development Manager at Agilent Technologies, achieving significant sales growth. Prior to these positions, Deborah held leadership roles at DuPont Nutrition & Health, Cargill, Kline & Company, and Abbott Laboratories, contributing to technology advancements and sustainable practices. Deborah holds dual Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan.
