Leland Weaver

Leland G. Weaver is President of the DuPont Water & Protection business. In this role, Leland leads a diverse set of businesses that deliver sustainable, technology-based products and solutions for life’s essential needs in water, shelter and safety.

Leland joined DuPont in 2003 as an engineer and subsequently held leadership positions with increasing responsibility spanning manufacturing, strategy, marketing and sales, and finance across multiple businesses.

Prior to being named to his current role, Leland served as Vice President of Investor Relations where he played a principal role engaging with the investment community on DuPont’s growth strategy and transformation to a premier multi-industrial company.

Leland earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
