Nicole Carlson

Nicole Carlson, PMP, currently serves as the Operations Digital Excellence Leader at DuPont, focusing on delivering business value through Operational Excellence and digital enablement in the manufacturing sector. With experience in IT project management, Nicole has successfully led implementations of the OMP Unison Planning platform to enhance supply chain processes. Previous roles at VWR involved leading integration projects and managing quality process teams, while earlier positions at Lutron Electronics and PepsiCo showcased expertise in operations support, sales management, and process improvement. Nicole's early career in the US Army included logistics and operations roles, highlighting a strong foundation in leadership and project management. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
