With a background in HR and recruitment, Abdulaziz has also held key positions at various companies such as Abdullah Al Othaim Investment, National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO), and Al-Faisaliah Group. Abdulaziz holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University.
